About Us

Supportive Learning CIC was formed in September 2018 with the ambition to provide new ways of learning for people who find traditional methods of learning difficult.

To provide educational activities and resources to children and adults from varying backgrounds to aid in the improvement of Numeracy and Literacy learning. With a focus on raising disability awareness and delivery of arts-based education projects.

By using a range of different learning techniques, resources, training and workshops, we seek to provide the best opportunities in life for everyone who engages in our programme.

Activities
Run educational and art activities and create education resources for children and adults from different backgrounds and communities.

Raise awareness of the disabilities among the wider community and general population.

Community Benefit
The company will be focused on creating new education, training, workshops, lessons for use in improving the Numeracy and Literacy of skills children and adults. Preparing and developing learning resources with cross curricular themes with  the development of arts provision.

To educate and train people on different types disabilities and the everyday barriers they face and how small changes can make their life easier. As well as learning about acceptable and sustainable behaviour and looking at disclination.

Mission Statement
Supportive Learning will provide informative, new and engaging learning for adults and young people who aren’t amenable to standard learning practices.

Provision will be made to better the opportunities to any person engaging in our programmes through the development of literacy and numeracy.

Workshops

Our workshops are tailored for your setting and audience, to allow full learning through fun and enjoyable engaging sessions and activities. Where the focus is on learning in a different none main stream educational way.

6 weeks to full year courses are available to our customers who require longing delivery and learning opportunities to ensure a successful programme of delivery.

Learning Resources

Our innovative and unique learning resources are available to all our customers to use in their own learning environment. Your will receive a training course on the resources, how to use them and then unlimited use.

Education Tools

Specifically targetting those in Primary and Secondary School, our educational tools are used to enhance current school provision. Using a different way of learning for those users who are disengaged and struggling.

Training

Our tailored training is for professionals working in the education and learning sector who are looking to develop their CPD through ensuring they have a diverse range of skills sets to best enhance the learning experience for their users.
